Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara said officers found Dzubay-Percy after they received reports of a car crash and shots fired at around 6:30 p.m. Dzubay-Percy was pronounced dead at the scene.

O’Hara also said Dzubay-Percy was found in the driver’s seat of a Kia that was stolen earlier that day and investigators believe the homicide is connected to a report of shots fired from a vehicle just before the crash.

Police haven’t announced any arrests in the case at this time.
