Italian restaurant Trattoria Mucci in Minneapolis permanently closing
Italian restaurant Trattoria Mucci in Minneapolis announced it will be permanently closing this month.
In a video posted to Facebook on Tuesday, the owner said the last day of dinner service will be Saturday, Jan. 29, with the last brunch service Sunday, Jan. 16 for the Uptown restaurant.
The closure was due to "a lot of reasons," the owner says while reiterating his love for the Lyn-Lake neighborhood in the video.
The Minneapolis location was the second Mucci’s location and had resided at 901 W. Lake St. since July 2019. The original Mucci’s is located in St. Paul near the West Seventh area. That location, open since 2016, will continue to serve customers.
