UPDATE: 81-year-old woman with memory issues missing from Sanborn, search set for Sunday morning
UPDATE: The Redwood County Sheriff’s Office said in a Facebook post that there will be a coordinated volunteer search for a missing woman Sunday morning.
Anyone who wants to help should report to the Sanborn Fire Department at 100 Letford Street at 10:00 a.m. Sunday.
Jeanine Jackson, 81, was last seen around 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 20 while she was walking her dog.
Authorities say that the dog was found Saturday night along a gravel road south and west of Sanborn near the border with Cottonwood County.

According to the Redwood County Sheriff’s Office, Jeanine Jackson, 81, was last seen around 9:30 a.m. taking her white and tan Chihuahua for a walk on the 100 block of North West Street. She suffers from memory issues and is prone to becoming disoriented.
Residents in the area are asked to check their home surveillance for any video.
No further description of Jackson was immediately available.
