Buff City Soap

TCL reporter Kristin Haubrich takes us to Buff City Soap. It’s a brand new, plant-based soap shop with two locations, one in Coon Rapids and one in Forest Lake. This spring they’ll be opening stores in Hutchinson and Blaine.
