St. Louis Park residents ages 60 and up can apply through Sept. 23 to get help with snow removal this winter, according to a city public service announcement.
The nonprofit Senior Community Services is accepting applications through its Home and Outdoor Maintenance (HOME) program, which it says also runs programs for fall yard work and technology support.
Residents of some cities within Hennepin, Sherburne and Wright counties may be eligible for various HOME services.
Part of the HOME application asks which daily activities a candidate is able to do, ranging from house chores to hygiene tasks.

Senior Community Services is also seeking volunteers for HOME, adding that some paid positions are available.
