USS Minnesota wins Battenberg Cup

The USS Minnesota has been named the best boat in the Atlantic fleet.
The state’s namesake was recently awarded the Battenberg Cup by the military for the crew’s excellence in all aspects of submarine operations.
KSTP Reporter Joe Mazan was there when the boat was first commissioned in Norfolk, Virginia, in 2013.
