St. Paul Farmers’ Market celebrating end of winter with ‘Well into March’ event

The St. Paul Farmers’ Market in Lowertown is getting ready for the end of winter with a fun event this coming Saturday.

David Kotsonas, director of St. Paul Farmers’ Market, tell 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS all about the upcoming event.

"Well into March" event will take place on March 7 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 290 5th Street East in Lowertown.

Activities at the event will include a free outdoor "Snowga" (outdoor yoga) and demos on making festive, healthy mocktails with kombucha and preparing Lions Mane mushrooms for a delicious, savory dish.

There will also be 25 local growers and small-batch food producers there offering healthful, local foods including honey and honey-based skincare products and cough/cold remedies, meats, cheeses, baked goods, root veggies, salsa, micro greens and more.
