Protesters were back outside of the Gov’s residence Thursday demanding that Gov. Walz allow all small businesses to reopen.
One protester, we talked to accused the Gov. of picking winners and losers "If those big box stores operate safely, we can operate safely as well."
Gov. Walz announced Wednesday that retail businesses will be allowed to reopen Monday with restrictions in place
