Richfield police, fire and public works departments complete 100th birthday parade

Since COVID-19 has shut everything down, Richfield’s fire, police and public works departments have banded together to offer birthday patrols to kids who are celebrating a birthday.

Monday, the birthday patrol completed its 100th birthday parade.
