Northern Lights spotted near Graceville

Viewer Carol Bauer captured video of the Northern Lights, also called an Aurora, Tuesday night near Graceville.
The Northern Lights are caused by charged particles in the solar flare mixing with the Earth’s atmosphere leading to colors ranging from green to pink.
Usually, the Northern Lights are seen in the far northern United States near the Canadian border but in times of large solar flares, the Northern Lights can be seen farther south into the middle of the United States.
