Police and firetruck sirens sounded for a good reason in South St. Paul.

First responders drove by the home of 10-year-old Parker Patet.

Parker could be seen outside waving them along.

Parker’s family said the boy’s birthday party had to be called off because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
