Cottage Grove nursing home residents surprised with flowers

More than 100 people at Cottage Grove nursing homes got a big surprise Friday.
Deb and some friends told KSTP they decided to give bouquets of May Day flowers to residents of the nursing homes.
It all started when she gave her mother flowers for her birthday a few weeks ago and it lifted her spirits while in quarantine.
Deb then raised $1,400 on Facebook to get flowers for different nursing homes in the area.
