Vikings general manager Kwesi Adofo-Mensah and head coach Kevin O’Connell met with reporters to discuss their decision-making process in assembling the initial 53-man roster.

The Vikings made multiple trades in August, including acquiring backup QB Nick Mullen, DL Ross Blacklock, and wide receiver/punt returner Jalen Reagor. Those moves were addressed, as was the choice to part ways with QBs Kellen Mond and Sean Mannion.
The Vikings open the 2022 season Sept. 11 at home vs. Green Bay at 3:25 p.m.
