Heavy rain and wind continue across Minnesota: Chris shares when it ends!
It’s WET, and it’s windy! The chill sticks around with temperatures in the 40s and generally staying steady. How’s that for a happy Friday?
Give yourself some extra time during your commute as wonder ponding on roadways will keep the hydroplaning risk on the higher side today. Wind gusts upwards of 35 to 40 mph will keep the rain and the cars blowing around today.
Rain will come to an end with spotty showers on Saturday, especially early. Rain totals on the order of 1-3 inches will have fallen across the state, with a dry out coming for the second half of the weekend and the start of next week. Still, attention will shift to another rain maker that could arrive by the middle to later half of next week.
