The Minnetonka Skippers (26-1) edged out a two-point victory in the Class 4A Section 2 Championship over the Eden Prairie Eagles (20-9) Friday night.

Minnetonka held off a late second half surge by the Eagles and clinched the win with two free throws from Minnesota Gopher commit Tori McKinney.

The Skippers have clinched their spot in the state tournament which begins March 13th.
