Father’s Day Cocktails

Ian Lowther, beverage director of the Red Cow and Red Rabbit, stops by the studio to make some cocktails perfect for Dad!

Gibson Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:
– 2 dashes orange bitters
– 2/3 oz dry vermouth
– 2 oz gin

Instructions:
Stir with ice and strain into a stemmed glass. Garnish with a pickled cocktail onion.

Margarita Recipe

Ingredients:
– 1 teaspoon simple syrup
– 1 oz lime juice
– 1 oz triple sec
– 2 oz tequila
**use preferable Reposado Tequila

Instructions:
Shake all ingredients together with ice. Strain into a salt-rimmed glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

John Daly Recipe

Ingredients:
– 2 oz vodka
– 3 oz lemonade
– 3 oz iced tea

Instructions:
Fill a pint glass with ice. Pour in vodka, lemonade and layer iced tea on top. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
