Double Cut Pork Chops with Yia Vang

Pork week, presented by the Minnesota Pork Board continues with Chef Yia Vang. Double Cut Pork Chops with sweet and spicy glaze.

•2-Double Cut Bone-in Pork Chops
•3 Cloves Garlic
•1 whole shallot chopped
•2 TBSP chopped Ginger
•1 C Honey
•2 TSP Crunchy Chili Oil
•2 TSP Oyster Sauce
•1 TSP Fish Sauce
•1 Tsp salt/Pepper)


  • Start your oven at 250 degrees and salt and pepper your chops
  • Place it on resting rack in sheet tray
  • Roast in oven for 20 mins
  • Get grill or cast iron pan hot
  • Sear on each side for 3-4mins
  • Mix Honey, garlic, shallots, garlic, chili oil, oyster sauce and fish sauce together
  • Slowly glaze pork chop)
