The defending 5A state champions are still alive and as is their hopes of defending their title. Chanhassen advances to the state semis after a 38-21 win over St. Thomas Academy Saturday afternoon at Osseo High School.

Chanhassen scored five touchdowns, and forced six turnovers in the win.

With the win, Chanhassen will play in the state semifinals at U.S. Bank Stadium. The Storm will play at 2 p.m. on Friday, or 7p.m. on Saturday.
