The top-ranked Minnetonka Skippers continued their dominant season defeating Edina 3-1 at Pagel Ice Arena on Saturday afternoon.

Gopher commit Javon Moore opened the scoring in the first giving Minnetonka an early 1-0 lead. The Hornets got one back in the second as fellow Gopher commit Jackson Nevers buried a short-handed goal. The Skippers went on to score two unanswered to finish the game.

Minnetonka will travel to take on Eden Prairie Thursday, Feb. 15, and Edina will face off against St. Michael-Albertville the 15th.
