Dr. Leif Sundberg, a physician assistant at Entira Family Clinics, is more than a medical professional. He’s also known as “The Swedish Ninja” and has competed on the TV show, American Ninja Warrior. He’s showing us some workouts you can do to keep your body moving at the fair.
