Lauren Andrego shares some apps to use to stay connected when you can’t be together in person.

Caribu – unlimited access for $100/year

  • A video call app and within the app are games, ebooks, videos and coloring sheets.
  • This app also supports military families and gives memberships for free to families with parents who are deployed.

Keepy – unlimited storage for $46/year

  • A platform to organize and share pictures, video and artwork from the kids in your life.
  • Can order prints, canvases and other keepsakes from the app.

Lovebox – starting at $99.99

  • The Lovebox and Lovebox messenger app uses technology to let loved ones know you’re thing about them.
  • You don’t need to be tech savvy to use it and the receiver doesn’t even need a smart phone.

Wordle

  • Use the game Wordle as a way to stay connected to family.
  • Keep scores on a spreadsheet and turn it into a competition.
  • Even grandparents can get onboard and stay connected.
