St. Patrick’s Day Cocktails and Mocktails

Red Cow Beverage Director, Ian Lowther has created three cocktails and mocktails to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day!

Mezcal Last Word

• Mezcal, green chartreuse, lime juice, maraschino liqueur
• Combine all ingredients and shake — garnish with cherry

Magically Delicious

• Vodka, vanilla liqueur, benedictine, cereal milk
• Mix all ingredients in a glass and top with marshmallows

Non-Alcoholic St. Paddy’s Breather

• Mint syrup, lime juice, soda water
• Shake syrup and lime juice, add soda water
• Strain into a glass, garnish with mint leaves
