Quasimodo, or Quasi for short, was a stray dog from Kentucky. Quasi is diagnosed with short spine syndrome, but he still loves to run and play in his own way! He is an ambassador for Secondhand Hounds’ neonatal program: a program that takes in puppies with cleft palate, heart defects, and other genetic disorders.
