Pork Fried Rice

Did you know there are more than three thousand pig farmers across Minnesota? Mike Patterson is one of those pig farmers. Mike joined us today and showed us how to make pork fried rice. You can find Mike’s delicious recipe below.
Ingredients:
1 Pork Tenderloin
6 Large Eggs
¼ Cup Green Onion
5 Cups Leftover White Rice
12oz frozen carrots and peas
Soy sauce, sesame oil
Method:
- Slice tenderloin thin, and season with soy sauce and pepper
- Tip: Cut tenderloin when still slightly frozen to get this slices
- Add oil to hot wok, add eggs and cook until set
- Add more oil and add tenderloin and stir until no longer pink
- Add green onion then rice
- Turn rice over and cook 1-2 more minutes
- Add veggies, soy sauce and sesame oil to rice, stir to combine
- Add back in tenderloin and eggs
