  1. “West Side Story” will NOT win any of its seven nominees.
  2. Lin-Manuel Miranda will again miss his egot (Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, Tony).
  3. Lady Gaga, who is not nominated, should have been for Best Actress this year.
  4. Will Smith will finally win Best Actor.
  5. Disney will not win best animated feature film.
  6. “Belfast” will go home with the most wins.
  7. “The Power of the Dog” will win Best Picture and only Best Picture.
  8. “Dune” will only lose Best Picture and Best Screen Play.
