Red Rabbit in partnership with Queerspace Collective and Indeed Brewing is hosting a Pride block party at their North Loop location on Thursday, June 23 from 3-9pm. $1 from every featured beer, cocktail, and food item will be donated to Queerspace Collective. Ian Lowther, Beverage Director from Red Rabbit creates one of the cocktails you find there.
Tickled Pink Cocktail
3 dashes aromatic bitters
2/3oz Strawberry Simple Syrup
1/2oz Aperol
1 1/2oz Pisco
1oz dry sparkling wine
Shake all ingredients except sparkling wine with ice. Strain into a stemmed glass. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with an orange peel.
