Chicken Wings with Cry Baby Craig’s

The creator of Cry Baby Craig’s Hot Sauce, Craig Kaiser, shows us a recipe using his sauces in some yummy chicken wings!

Wings recipe:

5# chicken wings
1qt buttermilk
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 bottle Cry Baby Craigs
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon salt

Let marinate over night

 

Rice Flour Dredge for Wings
*makes this dish gluten free*

3 cups rice flour
Salt and pepper

Make sure to season chicken when it comes out of the fryer hot.

Sauce and garnish with any herbs or seasoning you like!

 

CBC Brown Butter Wing Sauce

1ea 5oz bottle Cry Baby Craig (CBC)
1 stick butter browned
1 stick butter cut into quarters
1/4 teaspoon xantham gum

**** this is pretty open for any extra spice,seasoning, or herb if you’d like to add. Always taste before servicing and adjust seasoning!
