Vanessa Drews started her company, Cheesecake Funk, after Minnesota’s own Prince raved about the cheesecake that Vanessa brought in while working for the esteemed artist.

Vanessa bakes her cheesecakes out of the Minneapolis Marriott Southwest hotel in Minnetonka. You can place individual orders through her website and needs 2-4 days to fill the order.
