10 Million Meals from Open Arms

It is a very special time in our community as the non-profit, Open Arms of Minnesota, delivered their 10 millionth meal to a critically ill patient! 10 million! Our reporter, Kristin Haubrich was there with the Mayor of St. Paul, Melvin Carter, to celebrate this milestone. Open Arms of Minnesota prepares and delivers nutritious meals to Minnesotans with life threatening illnesses – at no charge. They are also opening a second kitchen this fall to increase their capacity to prepare and deliver over 30,000 more meals per week.
