Time alone or isolating?

It is common – and perfectly natural – for your teen to spend more time in their rooms by themselves.  Humans naturally desire time with others and time apart. During teenage years this can feel complicated, confusing, and stressful to parents or loved ones trying to figure out what is best for teens.  Those rapidly growing, full of hormones, “trying to figure out themselves and the world out” people in their lives.
