Rob’s Easy Philly Cheese Steak and Cauliflower Sandwiches & lettuce wraps

Cooking for Dad’s host, Rob Barrett, joins us with his version of a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich.  And, don’t forget the last ingredient, it’s a “must” for this meal!

Ingredients:

1 package Quick Steak*
1 handful Chopped Onion
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 handful chopped red pepper
1 handful chopped cauliflower
1 slice provolone cheese
1 spoonful Rob’s Special Spice
olive oil
1 Hot dog bun or lettuce leaves
Rocky the Movie DVD

Directions:

1. In a large frying pan or wok heat 2 spoonfuls of olive oil over high heat.

2. Add onions, peppers and cauliflower and cook stirring constantly until just browned.

3. Add 1 Quick Steak Brick for each sandwich you want.

4. Cook while breaking apart for 2 minutes or until completely browned.

5. Place meat in bun and cover with provolone cheese or place in lettuce leaves and enjoy.

6. Place bun with meat under the broiler until cheese is just melted, about 1 minutes.

7. Turn on Rocky the movie on the TV and enjoy.
