MN Home Makers: Watercolors by Mary

Every week we feature a Minnesota home maker. This week we’re featuring Watercolors by Mary.

Mary creates watercolor home commissions. She hasn’t always painted homes, but people went wild after she did her first. She does homes, cabins, cars and businesses. The turn around time is 1-6 weeks. She has been painting since 1977 and still paints every single day! She is self taught, but credits her high school art teacher for her love of painting.

In 1980 she painted the governor’s mansion and it became his Christmas card for that year!
