Pan Asian Citrus Chopped Salad

4-6 servings

  • 6 cups chopped super slaw salad ie: red & white chopped cabbage, carrots, kale, brussel sprouts…
  • 2 Cara Cara oranges peeled and sliced bite sized
  • 1 cup diagonal cut sugar snap peas
  • 1 cup thawed edamame
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup chopped sweet red pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fine fresh basil, mint and cilantro
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup toasted black & white sesame seeds (save 2 teaspoons to add to dressing)
  • 1/2 bottle Salad Girl Toasted Sesame Ginger Organic Salad Dressing
  • 1/2 bottle Salad Girl Sweet & Sassy Organic Salad Dressing

To Prepare Dressing for Salad:

Whisk together: 1/2 bottle of the Salad Girl Toasted Sesame Ginger and 1/2 bottle of the Sweet and Sassy with 2 teaspoons of toasted sesame seeds.

To Prepare Salad: 

In a pretty shallow salad bowl add ingredients and gently toss together and serve- Add ons: cubed antibiotic & additive free roasting chicken, shrimp or air fried tofu
