Broccoli & Cranberry Salad
Ingredients:
3 c fresh broccoli florets
¼ c dried cranberries
2 green onions sliced
*4 Tbsp Maple Balsamic Vinegar
*3 Tbsp Sweet Cream Butter EVOO
2 tsp mustard
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 small garlic clove, minced
¼ c pistachios, walnuts, or pecans (use pumpkin seeds for a nut free option)
*1 c Spicy Corn Relish
*Shallot Food Crayon

Directions:

  • In a medium sized container with a lid, place maple balsamic vinegar, olive
    oil, mustard, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and corn relish.
  • Whisk together.
  • Add broccoli florets, green onions, and dried cranberries.
  • Close the lid and give the container a good shake.
  • Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving, shaking the container
    periodically.
  • To serve, top with pistachios, walnuts, pecans, or pumpkin seeds.
  • Garnish with shallot food crayon on top.
  • Optional: You can keep this salad simple, or add some other veggies or fruit – like radish, red
    cabbage, carrot matchsticks, cucumber, fresh green peas, green apple, etc.

Orange Chocolate Raspberry Brownies
Ingredients:
Chocolate Brownie mix
*Orange EVOO
*Vine Ripened Raspberry Balsamic
Vanilla frosting
*Raspberry Balsamic Food Crayon

Directions:

  • Prepare chocolate brownie mix as directed with the following modifications:
    o Replace oil with the orange EVOO (use ½ of the amount of oil called
    for).
    o Add in 3 Tbsp of Vine Ripened Raspberry Balsamic to the batter.
    o Bake brownies as directed.
    o Cool brownies.
  • Combine vanilla frosting with 2 Tbsp Vine Ripened Raspberry Balsamic.
  • Frost Brownies.
  • Garnish with Raspberry Balsamic Food Crayon.

Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Board
Ingredients:
8 oz block cream cheese
*1 tsp Black Garlic Sea Salt
*2 Tbsp Lemon EVOO
1 Tbsp water
4 oz smoked salmon cut into approx. ½ inch sized small pieces
2 Tbsp finely chopped scallions
2 Tbsp finely chopped red onion
*Lemon Food Crayon
*1 Tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning

Directions:

  • In a food processor, add the cream cheese, Black Garlic Sea Salt, Lemon
    EVOO and water and blend for approximately 2 minutes until the mixture is
    light and fluffy in texture.
  • Spoon the cheese onto a plate or board and spread it out evenly in a thin
    layer.
  • Arrange pieces of the chopped smoked salmon all over the cream cheese.
  • Evenly sprinkle scallions, red onion, and Everything Bagel Seasoning over the
    top.
  • Garnish with Lemon Food Crayon.

Roasted Asparagus
Ingredients:
1 bunch asparagus
*3 Tbsp Sesame Oil
*3 Tbsp Aged Balsamic
*3 Tbsp Maruso Soy Sauce
¼ c pine nuts
*Miso Food Crayon


Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Wash asparagus and cut off the bottom inch of each spear.
  • Spread asparagus in a baking dish in a single layer and pat dry.
  • Drizzle with Sesame Oil, Aged Balsamic Vinegar, and Maruso Soy Sauce.
  • Roast asparagus for 10-20 minutes
  • Place on a serving dish.
  • Sprinkle with pine nuts.
  • Garnish with Miso Food Crayon on top.
