Brunch Week: Biscuits and Gravy

Skillet sausage gravy and biscuits

Recipe:

  • Brown your choice of breakfast sausage

Add spices

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tbsp. paprika
  • Add 2 tbsp of butter
  • Add 2 tbsp of flour

Cook for 2-3 minutes
Add 2-3 cups of milk and splash of hot sauce
Taste and season with salt and pepper
Serve over biscuits

Breakfast Salad

-Greens, Feta, Blueberries, Candied Nuts

Maple Vinigerette

3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
Splash Of Hot Sauce
Salt And Black Pepper
