Aura Cleansing

It is said that during Halloween the veil between this world and the next is thinnest. For that reason we have brought in yoga and meditation teacher, Kelly Smith. Kelly walks Ben and Elizabeth through a Palo Santo smoke energy cleans. You can find Kelly on November 20^th for a gratitude yoga flow and meditation at Barre 3 in Edina at 4:30pm.
