Grilled Filet Mignon, Charred Broccolini and a Tarragon Beurre Blanc 

Tips – Cook to internal temp 120-124F – rest to Med- Rare

How I like to cook steak – Grill at 450-500F, (Hot Spots) 7-10 mins, Very quick Cook.

Specifically Filet Mignon –

  • Med-rare – Blood on top
  • Thermometer

Roll it in the 127 Blend

Grill to Medium Rare – Blood Pooling on top –

Broccolini – Blanched – Grill / warm thru
