Tickets on sale for drive-thru St. Paul Winter Carnival experience

Tickets are now on sale for a new event at the 135th annual Winter Carnival in St. Paul.
We are less than a month away from what organizers call the "coolest celebration on earth."
Like many events, there are changes this year. There is no parade through downtown, and ice and snow sculptures will be featured with a drive-thru event at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds.
Tickets for the event start at $20 per vehicle.
