Delivery now available for Rainbow Ice Cream’s lingonberry flavor, served at the state fair

There were ‘State Fair To-Go’ kits, an encore food parade, and state fair specialty beers and beverages at local breweries; now, there is another chance for Minnesotans to get their taste of the state fair.

Tuesday, Rainbow Ice Cream announced that its lingonberry ice cream is available for purchase and delivery.

According to the state fair vendor, delivery is available in the 13-county metro area, as well as throughout the United States.

"Now you don’t have to wait for 2021," Rainbow Ice Cream said in a social media post.
