Winona provides year-round fun

Executive director Pat Mutter of “Visit Winona” joins us on zoom to share some of the endless winter activities offered in Winona, which was recently named one of the 10 most beautiful small towns in the Midwest. The town has the second largest ice climbing park in the country and hosts a film festival every year. The 2023 Frozen River Film Festival runs from Feb. 5 to Feb. 12.
