Turkey for Two with Paul Folger
Paul Folger joins us to share his recipe for “Turkey for Two”.
1 Small Boneless Turkey Breast 3 to 4 pounds
1 Tbs White Pepper
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Stick of soft Butter
2 Tsp Salt
Bowl of Water
Thaw Turkey Next mix 2 Tsp salt and bowl of water and submerge breast a couple of hours up to overnight. Take out and dry off with paper towels. Slather with soft butter. Mix white pepper, garlic powder and salt on a plate then roll breast in it. Bake at 325 until 165 degrees. (Mine take less than 2 hours. )
