Pumpkin Spice Flavored Recipes

HEALTHY PUMPKIN SPICE MUFFINS
1 3/4 c flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
3/4 c brown sugar
2 eggs, whisked
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 c applesauce
15 Oz pumpkin purée
Blend all and bake at 350 in muffin cups for 15-20 minutes.
HEALTHY PUMPKIN LATTE
-dairy free
-low carb
-nut and gluten free
3 tbsp pumpkin purée
2 c unsweetened almond milk
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
1 c strong brewed coffee
1/4 c ground cinnamon
1/4 c ground nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla
HEALTHY PUMPKIN BREAD
3 c oats
1/2 c coconut sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp kosher salt
2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
3 eggs
1 c pumpkin purée
1/4 c maple syrup
1/2 c neutral oil
1 tbsp vanilla
Blend and bake in mini bread pans at 350 for 30 minutes.
