Benji Neff, the Director of Mountain Sports at Giants Ridge in Biwabik, gives a ski report for northeastern Minnesota and explains how the 4th Grade Passport works, a program where 4th graders all around Minnesota can get ski and snowboard passes for the entire winter for a one-time fee of $35.
