Freshwater jellyfish exist, and you can find them in Minnesota
If you wanted to spot some wild jellyfish, you might think of heading to the coast or another tropical destination.
But as the DNR told us Wednesday on Minnesota Live, they’re much closer to home than you might think. Freshwater jellyfish have been spotted and documented in lakes all across the state since 1999!
