Sencer-Mura announces campaign for Minnesota House seat

A Minneapolis area teacher has announced her campaign for a Minnesota House of Representative seat.
Samantha Sencer-Mura announced her campaign Tuesday, saying she is running for the house seat for 63A, which is currently represented by Jim Davnie (DFL).
Davnie announced in early January he won’t be running for reelection in 2022 after he was first elected in 2000.

Sencer-Mura will be competing for the DFL endorsement in the party’s upcoming convention.
