UPDATE: President Trump to campaign in Rochester on Friday

UPDATE: President Donald Trump’s campaign event in Minnesota on Friday is back in Rochester.

KAAL-TV, a Hubbard-owned station, reported Thursday that Trump’s rally was moved to McNeilus Steel in Dodge Center instead of at Rochester International Airport.

However, the location of the rally was moved back to Rochester’s airport later in the day Thursday.

The reason for the changes wasn’t immediately clear.

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden will also visit Minnesota on Friday.


President Donald Trump will be back in Minnesota for another campaign event on Friday.

According to Trump’s campaign, he will visit Rochester International Airport Friday evening after making stops in Michigan and Green Bay, Wisconsin earlier in the day.

The event in Rochester is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. with doors opening at 2 p.m. Tickets are available via the campaign website.

The president is trying to become the first Republican presidential candidate to to earn Minnesota’s 10 electoral votes since 1972. Trump led rallies in Mankato in August, and in Bemidji and Duluth last month.

Vice President Mike Pence visited Hibbing on Monday and Minneapolis last month.
