President Donald Trump arrived in Minnesota Monday afternoon for the start of a campaign trip.
His campaign confirmed to KSTP last week that a stop in Mankato will then be followed by stops in Oshkosh, Wis., Arizona and Pennsylvania in the following days. His campaign said Trump will talk about jobs and the economy, among other topics.

The president landed at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport at about noon and is set to arrive in Mankato at about 1:50 p.m. At about 2 p.m., Trump is scheduled to begin his speech before departing for Oshkosh at 3:20 p.m.
Trump’s campaign trip to battleground states overlaps with the Democratic National Convention, which is set to be held in Milwaukee this week, although on a very scaled-down and mostly virtual basis due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Republican National Convention is scheduled for next week but few details about the events have been released.
