Ballot drop-off box to be placed at Minneapolis Convention Center

A ballot drop-off box will be opened at the Minneapolis Convention Center on Tuesday.

Minneapolis Elections and Voter Services announced the drop-off box on Monday.

What you need to know about voting for the 2020 election

The drop-off tent will be located at Second Avenue and 12th Street.

Minneapolis Convention Center ballot drop-off hours will be:

Oct. 13-16

  • 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Oct. 19-30

  • Weekdays 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
  • Saturdays 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
  • Sundays 12-5 p.m.

Nov. 2

  • 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.

Nov. 3 (Election Day)

  • 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Ballots must be postmarked by Election Day and received by a local election office by Nov. 10 in order to be counted.
