Vice President Mike Pence says he’ll look into why Minnesota was denied federal assistance after the unrest following the death of George Floyd. Gov. Tim Walz requested support to help the Twin Cities rebuild after looting, arson and other rioting destroyed businesses in early June.

In an extended one-on-one interview with Tom Hauser, Pence also discusses the Supreme Court vacancy and the presidential campaign.

Now, the race for Craig’s seat, which includes Republican Tyler Kistner, will be pushed out to February.
