This week on “At Issue,” a week after Gov. Tim Walz announced new restrictions on bars and restaurants, he and DFL lawmakers stood outside a small bar in St. Paul, touting their plan to provide relief funding. Republicans released their own plan to help struggling businesses, too, which will go into consideration when the governor calls the Legislature into a special session in December.

Meanwhile, the state unveiled a new tool it says will help track community spread of COVID-19 and let people know if they’ve been in contact with someone who tested positive.

Plus, author and former state Rep. Mindy Greiling joins us for a one-on-one interview. She talks about her new book and her efforts to help people with mental illness receive the aid they need.
